Terms of Use

About This Site

Everstart Battery is an independent information site about EverStart batteries and chargers. It is not the official EverStart site and is not owned by, affiliated with or endorsed by Walmart Inc. We don’t sell products. Purchases happen on Walmart.com or in Walmart stores, under Walmart’s own terms.

General Information Only

Everything here is general information to help you compare products. It isn’t professional mechanical, electrical or legal advice. Check your vehicle’s owner’s manual and the product’s own instructions, and ask a qualified technician if you’re unsure.

Accuracy of Product Information

We take specs and warranty terms from Walmart’s product listings and work to keep them current. Listings, prices, stock and warranty terms are set by Walmart and can change without notice. Always confirm details, and fit for your vehicle, on the listing before you buy.

Some links to Walmart are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. See our disclaimer.

We link to Walmart, owner forums and news articles. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Trademarks and Content

EverStart, Walmart and other brand names are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to identify products. Product photos are Walmart’s listing images. The text and layout of this site are ours. Please don’t copy whole pages without permission.

Battery Safety

Lead acid batteries contain acid and can give off explosive gas. Installing, charging or jump starting a battery carries a risk of injury. Follow the instructions that come with your battery, charger or vehicle, and wear eye protection. You are responsible for working safely.

Limitation of Liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its information, including product choices, purchases or work on your vehicle.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version. Questions? Contact us.
