Orders, returns and warranty claims

We’re an independent site and don’t sell batteries, so we can’t look up orders or approve claims. Contact Walmart customer service or visit a Walmart Auto Care Center.

Not sure of your size?

Try the EverStart battery finder first. If it still isn’t clear, send us the group size on your old battery and your vehicle.

Reporting a mistake

Tell us the page and what looks wrong. A link to the Walmart listing helps us check it fast.
