About Everstart Battery

Everstart Battery is an independent guide to EverStart batteries, chargers and jump starters. We put the specs, sizes and warranty terms in one place so you can pick the right one and buy it at Walmart.

What This Site Is

EverStart is Walmart’s house brand of car, marine, powersport and lawn batteries. Walmart lists more than 100 EverStart products, and the details you need to choose between them are spread across many separate listings. This site gathers them so you can compare lines, sizes and warranties side by side.

We are not EverStart and we are not Walmart. We don’t sell batteries, take orders or handle warranty claims.

What We Cover

Where Our Information Comes From

Product specs and warranty terms come from each product’s Walmart listing: the title, cold cranking amps, reserve capacity and the warranty section. Product photos are Walmart’s own listing images.

Owner experiences are paraphrased from public forums like BobIsTheOilGuy, JL Wrangler Forums and Slickdeals, with a link to every thread. They’re individual reports, not test results.

Testing results come from published coverage, such as BGR’s summary of Consumer Reports battery testing. We link to the source each time.

General battery know-how, like what CCA or reserve capacity means, follows standard industry definitions.

How We Check Facts

  • If a spec or warranty isn’t shown on the listing, we write “See listing” instead of guessing.
  • We don’t publish prices, because Walmart changes them often. Every product links to its live listing.
  • We don’t invent products, ratings or reviews, and we don’t write reviews in other people’s names.
  • When a listing changes, we update the page.

How We Make Money

Some links to Walmart are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions don’t decide what we say about a product, and no brand pays to be listed or ranked. Full details are in our disclaimer.

Orders, Returns and Warranty Claims

We can’t help with orders, returns or claims because we don’t sell anything. Contact Walmart, or visit a Walmart Auto Care Center for battery testing and warranty swaps. Our warranty guide explains what to bring.

Spotted a Mistake?

Listings change. If you see a spec, warranty or link that’s out of date, tell us and we’ll check it against the listing and fix it.
